Grownups who stay in the room are just as delighted as the children. For them the furniture is fascinating. Two of the more interesting pieces are the washstand and the sea chest. The chest was commonly used by Newfoundlanders going to sea for long periods of time to pursue the fishery. | |
The 4-piece ensuite bathroom, decorated in primary colours with fish and bird motifs, is a delight in itself. |
